Partner offer for businesses

1. General

This document is a public offer from the Zoovax platform (the “Platform”), addressed to companies and sole traders (the “Partner”) intending to list products or provide services to animal owners through the Platform.

Registering as a Partner and starting work on the Platform constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.

2. Subject of the offer

The Platform gives the Partner access to a partner account and the technical means to list products, services and classified ads, accept orders and bookings from users, and correspond with them.

The Platform is not the seller of the products and does not provide the Partner's veterinary, grooming or other services. The contract for a product or service is concluded directly between the Partner and the user.

3. Partner registration

1. 1The Partner applies, stating its name, registration details and a contact person.
2. 2The Partner supplies documents confirming its right to carry out the stated activity, including licences where the law requires them.
3. 3The Platform reviews the application and either opens the partner account or gives reasons for refusal.

The Partner is responsible for the accuracy of the information supplied and undertakes to keep it up to date.

4. The Partner's obligations

• List accurate information about products and services, including price, composition, timing and conditions.
• Comply with the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including rules on the sale of veterinary preparations and feed.
• Fulfil accepted orders and confirmed bookings within the agreed timeframe.
• Reply to users within a reasonable time and resolve disputes fairly.
• Not list products or services whose sale is restricted or prohibited.

5. The Platform's obligations

• Keep the partner account and listing services operational.
• Provide the Partner with statistics on views, orders and bookings.
• Give the Partner advance notice of any change to these terms.
• Process personal data in line with the privacy policy.

6. Settlements and fees

The Platform's fee, together with the settlement procedure and timing, is set out in the partner account and in the schedule to this offer. A change to the fee takes effect no earlier than 30 calendar days after the Partner is notified.

The Partner is solely responsible for the tax obligations arising from the sale of its own products and services.

7. Liability

The Partner is liable for the quality and safety of its products and services, for the accuracy of what it lists, and for respecting third-party rights, including rights in trade marks and images.

The Platform is not liable for the Partner's conduct towards a user, but may suspend or terminate the Partner's access in the event of repeated breaches, substantiated user complaints or inaccurate listings.

8. Term and changes

This offer remains in force indefinitely until withdrawn by the Platform. The Platform may amend it by publishing a new version on this page with the date of update.

Continuing to work on the Platform after a new version is published constitutes acceptance of the changes. The Partner may end the relationship by giving notice through the partner account.
