How to get started with Zoovax: signing up, adding an animal, booking a specialist, shopping and the AI assistant. If anything is still unclear, write to support and we'll help.
1. Signing up and signing in
Download the app from the App Store or Google Play and open it. Signing up takes under a minute and needs no bank card.
- Tap “Sign up” and enter your phone number.
- Enter the code from the SMS.
- Add your name and, if you like, your city — that makes provider matching more accurate.
If you change phones, sign in with the same number: your animals, bookings and order history all stay put.
2. Animal profiles
The animal profile is what personal recommendations are built on. The more accurate it is, the more useful the AI assistant's advice and food suggestions become.
- Open “Pets” and tap “Add”.
- Choose the species and enter a name, age and weight.
- Add a photo and note any health conditions.
Add as many animals as you like — household pets and livestock alike. Each keeps its own vaccination and booking history.
3. Finding a specialist and booking
The Services section brings together veterinarians, groomers, trainers, transporters and other providers.
- Pick a service category.
- Compare providers by rating, reviews and distance.
- Open a profile, choose a date and a free slot.
- Confirm — the booking appears under “Reminders”.
You can cancel or reschedule from the same screen. Please give notice where you can: it respects the provider's time and other owners waiting for a slot.
4. Shopping the pet store
The Pet shop covers food, treats, toys, hygiene products and care supplies, including for farm animals.
- Filter products by species and category.
- Save items to favourites to come back later.
- Check the seller's rating before ordering.
- Track order status from your profile.
5. The AI assistant
The assistant answers care questions and picks products using the species, age, weight and health details from the animal's profile.
Ask it in plain language: “what to feed a 3-month-old puppy”, “how to litter-train a kitten”, “what to pack for a trip with a dog”. It replies and suggests matching products.
Important: the assistant advises, it does not diagnose. If you see symptoms of illness, an injury or suspected poisoning, see a veterinarian — you can book one in the app in a few taps.
6. The livestock market
A separate section for farm and exotic animals: goats, sheep, cattle, poultry, beekeeping and aquarium fish.
- Browse listings with photos, price and location.
- Message the seller directly in the app.
- Post your own listings — this needs a verified phone number.
7. Community and forum
On the forum, owners share experience, ask questions and recommend providers. Be civil, and don't post other people's contact details or unapproved advertising — moderation removes those.
8. Support
If something is broken or an order goes wrong, write to us: office@zoovax.uz or +998 71 000 00 00. Describe what happened and attach a screenshot — it gets us to the answer faster.
